AANP Individual Program Accreditation: 

Theapplication packet linked below is used to submit individual programs for continuing education (CE) review and credit.  The application can be used by all program sponsors, including AANP Group Members. Use this application for individual CE activities such as (but not limited to) workshops, lectures, seminars/conferences, online programs, CDRoms, monographs and publications.  Accreditation for each program is valid for two (2) years from the date of approval unless another time frame is requested and approved. 

Electronic submissions are preferred but submissions by standard mail and fax will be accepted. The fee schedule is included. All CE applications received will be acknowledged by email within 3 working days of receipt.  

If you do not receive notification that your application has been accepted for review or if your file is too large for email - contact us as soon as possible (CEApps@aanp.org).   We will work with you and can provide an upload link for applications too large email attachments.
