Jill R. Quinn
PhD, RN, CS-ANP, FNAP, FAHA, FAANP
Dr. Quinn is Associate Professor and a Cardiac Nurse Practitioner at the University of Rochester School of Nursing. Dr. Quinn received her BS degree from Alfred University and her MS and PhD from the University of Rochester. She is recognized as the first acute care nurse practitioner at the UR Medical Center and one of the first in the country. Her research examines symptom recognition of decompensating heart failure and decision making to seek care by patients and family caregivers/significant others. Dr. Quinn has been recognized for her significant contributions to the care and research of patients with cardiovascular disease.
