Diane Cheryl Berry
PhD, ANP-BC, FAANP

Dr. Berry is an Associate Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Nursing. She earned her undergraduate degree from Lenoir Rhyne College, her masters’ degree, adult nurse practitioner and her doctoral degree from Boston College. She completed postdoctoral studies at Yale University. She maintains a clinical practice at the University of North Carolina Health Care Emergency Department and she teaches in the master’s and doctoral program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Nursing. Her area of expertise includes research and education in obesity and diabetes management and prevention in underserved populations.
