June 18-23, 2019
Indiana Convention Center
Indianapolis, IN

AANP cordially invites all interested parties to submit proposals for 60-minute presentations to be considered for inclusion in the AANP 2019 National Conference schedule.  Submissions for Rapid Fire (20-minute) or poster presentations will open late July.

NOTE: Submissions for Industry Scientific Poster Presentations will open early 2019.

60-Minute Presentation Proposals

A limited number of submissions will be selected for 60-minute presentations at the AANP 2019 National Conference. Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated to ensure the following:

  • Proposals include accurate and complete information.
  • Content is current, evidence-based and suitable for a 60-minute presentation duration.
  • Presentation does not promote personal interest in a service, book or product.
  • Presenter’s experience indicates expertise in the subject area.
  • Backgrounds of conference presenters (as a group) are diverse.

Final selections will be consistent with the identified educational needs, presentation ethics and objectives of the conference. A separate submission must be completed for each 60-minute proposal. You may submit up to four proposals. For each 60-minute session, a maximum of two presenters are allowed.

NOTE: When submitting a proposal for AANP’s consideration, please be aware of AANP’s presentation expectations:

  • AANP’s Accreditation Standards and Policies must be followed. For a summary of the accreditation standards and other requirements for the presentations, see the Speaker Presentation Rules.
  • Presentations should be free of copyright materials – or written permissions to use must be provided. Here are tips on how to prevent copyright infringement.

Proposals for workshops will not be considered within this call.

The proposal submission period closes on Friday, July 6, 2018, 5:00 p.m. CT. If you have any questions, please contact Christina Karas at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
