    Registration Policies

    Cancellations and Refunds

    All cancellation requests must have been submitted to AANP no later than 11:59 p.m. ET (10:59 p.m. CT) on Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023. No refunds will be granted after this date. A $75 administrative fee or a $50 administrative fee for student registrations will apply to all cancellations.

    Housing Information: The Grand Hyatt Washington

    The Grand Hyatt Washington, Washington, D.C. is the site for the 2024 AANP Health Policy Conference, including all housing. All rooms in the AANP housing block at the Grand Hyatt Washington are standard rooms at the special conference rate of $259.00 single/double occupancy plus applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 14.95%. There may also be applicable service and hotel-specific fees.

    The conference rate is available for standard rooms Saturday, January 27, through Tuesday January 30, 2023. For dates outside of this range, the site will offer the best available rate.

    All reservations must be made by Friday, Jan. 5, 2024. Room types selected during the reservation process are requests only. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate your room selection at check-in.

    Cancellation Policy

    Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to your planned arrival by 3 p.m. ET (2 p.m. CT) in order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night's room rate plus taxes.

    Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee equal to one night’s room and tax will be assessed to any guest who departs prior to the date confirmed at check-in. The fee will be automatically posted to the guest folio on or after their departure. This fee will be waived only with 24-hour advance notice from the departure date. Emergency and other special circumstance situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
