AANP Terms of Service and Release of Liability, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use: By registering for this conference, I attest that I have read and agree to abide by the AANP Conference Terms of Service and Release of Liability, AANP Privacy Policy and AANP Terms of Use.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation requests require written notification to AANP and must be received no later than Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (10:59 p.m. CT). All requests must be submitted through the AANP Help Center. If received by Dec. 23, a refund will be issued, minus a $75 administrative fee or a $50 administrative fee for student registrations (entry-level student members only). After Dec. 23, no refund will be granted. No transfers will be granted to future conferences.
Conference No-Shows: If you do not cancel in writing by 11:59 p.m. ET (10:59 p.m. CT) on Tuesday, Dec. 23, and do not attend, no refund will be granted.
Returned Checks: An administrative fee of $35 will be charged for all checks returned to AANP for insufficient funds.
Please Note: If you cancel your conference registration, you must also cancel your housing reservation within the AANP Housing Block. AANP has the right to remove any reservations that are not supported by a conference registration.

The Grand Hyatt Washington, Washington, D.C. is the site for the 2026 AANP Health Policy Conference, including all housing. All rooms in the AANP Housing Block at the Grand Hyatt Washington are standard rooms at the special conference rate of $299.00 single/double, $304.00 triple and $329.00 quadruple occupancy (includes $20 resort fee). Additional applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 15.95%, are not included in the special conference rate.
The conference rate is available for standard rooms Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, through Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026. For dates outside this range, the site will offer best available rate.
All reservations must be made by Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026. Room types selected during the reservation process are requests only. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate your room selection at check-in.
Housing Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to your planned arrival — by 3 p.m. ET (2 p.m. CT) — to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room rate plus taxes.
Housing Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee equal to one night’s room and tax will be assessed for any guest who departs prior to the date confirmed at check-in. The fee will be automatically posted to the guest folio, on or after their departure. This fee will be waived only with 24-hours advance notice prior to the departure date. Emergency and other special circumstance situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
