Important Information and Conference Policies
AANP Terms of Service and Release of Liability, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use: By registering for this conference, I attest that I have read and agree to abide by the AANP Conference Terms of Service and Release of Liability, AANP Privacy Policy and AANP Terms of Use.
Children, including infants, under the age of 16 are not allowed in the conference area, including but not limited to the conference registration area, conference sessions, and the Exhibit Hall, due to safety concerns, audio recording, and maintaining an appropriate learning environment.
Registration Policies
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation requests require written notification to AANP and must be received no later than Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (10:59 p.m. CT). All requests must be submitted through the AANP Help Center. If received by Dec. 22, a refund will be issued, minus a $75 administrative fee or a $50 administrative fee for student registrations (entry-level student members only). After Dec. 22, no refund will be granted. No transfers will be granted to future conferences.
Conference No-Shows: If you do not cancel in writing by 11:59 p.m. ET (10:59 p.m. CT) on Tuesday, Dec. 22, and do not attend, no refund will be granted.
Returned Checks: An administrative fee of $35 will be charged for all checks returned to AANP for insufficient funds.
Please Note: If you cancel your conference registration, you must also cancel your housing reservation within the AANP Housing Block. AANP has the right to remove any reservations that are not supported by a conference registration.

Housing Information: The Grand Hyatt Washington
The Grand Hyatt Washington, Washington, D.C. is the site for the 2027 AANP Health Policy Conference, including all housing. All rooms in the AANP Housing Block at the Grand Hyatt Washington are standard rooms at the special conference rate of $289.00 single/double, $314.00 triple and $339.00 quadruple occupancy (excludes $20 resort fee). Additional applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 15.95%, are not included in the special conference rate. Upgrades from the standard rooms are available.
The conference rate is available for standard rooms Saturday, Feb. 6, 2027, through Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2027. For dates outside this range, the site will offer best available rate.
All reservations must be made by Thursday, Jan. 14, 2027. Room types selected during the reservation process are requests only. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate your room selection at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Housing Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to your planned arrival — by 3 p.m. ET (2 p.m. CT) — to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room rate plus taxes.
Housing Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee equal to one night’s room and tax will be assessed for any guest who departs prior to the date confirmed at check-in. The fee will be automatically posted to the guest folio, on or after their departure. This fee will be waived only with 24-hours advance notice prior to the departure date. Emergency and other special circumstance situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

By submitting an attendee registration, attendee consents to participate in the 2027 AANP Health Policy Conference. Exhibitor Attendee understands and agrees to adhere to any AANP; Corcoran Expositions, Inc.; Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; and local guidelines or regulations related to any infectious disease, including COVID-19, and Type A H5N1, in place at the time of the event. Attendee acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for their own safety and actions while participating in the 2027 AANP Health Policy Conference and recognizes that they may be at risk of contracting COVID-19 or Type A H5N1 through no fault of AANP or Corcoran Expositions, Inc.
With full knowledge of the risks involved, attendee hereby releases, waives, covenants not to sue, and further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, expenses, damages, and lawsuits whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by attendee, while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities.
