    Teresa (Tess) Judge-Ellis, DNP, FAANP, is board certified as a family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, with practices in both settings that serve diverse patient populations. She is an associate clinical professor at the University of Iowa College of Nursing and associate lecturer with Fitzgerald Health Education Associates.
