It is my pleasure and an honor to be serving in the role of co-chair of the AANP Pulmonary and Sleep SPG. I am a board-certified Family NP. I currently practice in an outpatient pulmonary and sleep clinic in Towson, Maryland. I have been in this practice since 2015 as a pulmonary and sleep medicine certified registered NP. In my current position, I collaborate with nine pulmonologists in the diagnosis and management of pulmonary disorders including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema, lung cancer, occupational lung disease, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension, respiratory failure and sarcoidosis. I also coordinate the idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) educational program, which supports people living with IPF and other associated interstitial lung diseases. Through multidisciplinary collaboration, I coordinate care for multiple sleep disorders including restless leg syndrome, insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy and excessive daytime sleepiness. I look forward to networking and connecting with you on this platform where we can share knowledge and expertise.
