The convenient/urgent care setting is a fast-paced, innovative practice area for today’s advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs). There exists growing opportunities to lead new advances and technologies in ambulatory care delivery models, such as virtual health, that advance affordable access to quality health care across the nation.
As continued innovation and disruption emanates from this industry, the Convenient/Urgent Care SPG provides an important forum for APRNs to discuss, understand and respond to the questions and opportunities that may arise. We invite convenient/urgent care practitioners to join our SPG group, network with other members of our forum, share experiences and ideas and explore the possibilities and opportunities before us to shape newly emerging health care delivery models across our communities.
