Slate of Candidates Announced: 2023 AANP Election

AUSTIN, TEXAS — The American Association of Nurse Practitioners^® (AANP) is pleased to announce the slate of candidates for the 2023 AANP Election. Members of AANP play a crucial role in leading the organization, and each member's vote is needed to elect nurse practitioners (NPs) from all states, territories and regions who will help guide the association and advance the NP role.

Meet the candidates and take time to read about their backgrounds, qualifications and goals for the positions they are seeking. Important campaign guidelines are detailed in the short video below. AANP strictly prohibits any additional type of campaign activities by the candidates or others.

AANP members who are eligible to vote in the 2023 election will receive an email notification when balloting begins. All votes must be submitted online between March 10 and 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on March 31.

Although the slate is closed for 2023, members are encouraged to learn more about the election process and consider how they might contribute to AANP by running for elected office in the future.
