When the World Health Assembly designated 2020 the International Year of the Nurse and the Midwife, AANP was excited to highlight the NP role in new and exciting ways. NPs and the communities they serve have faced countless challenges this year, and the bravery, ingenuity and resilience NPs have demonstrated while caring for patients amid the COVID-19 pandemic will not be forgotten.
As we face these difficult times together, know that AANP remains committed to increasing awareness of the NP role, equipping NPs with the critical resources and continuing education (CE) needed to provide high-quality patient care, advocating for NPs and patients at both the state and federal levels and increasing access to the many benefits of AANP membership and events by offering exceptionally low rates.
