The 2026 AANP National Conference — A Guide for Attendees Both Online and Off

Las Vegas

Whether you’re traveling to Las Vegas or experiencing the conference remotely, here’s what you need to know about this year’s signature nurse practitioner event.

Las Vegas, Nevada, is the host city for the 2026 AANP National Conference, June 23-27. With so much happening inside the conference and The Entertainment Capital of the World waiting right outside, nurse practitioners (NPs) have many choices when it comes to learning, networking and seeing the sights. Ahead of this year’s event, explore this short guide designed to help you make the most of this year’s national conference.

Start With an App

The American Association of Nurse Practitioners® (AANP) recommends that you download the AANP Mobile App before experiencing the conference in person or remotely. When you complete a session at the conference, open the AANP Mobile App and fill out a short electronic evaluation. You will then receive credit for the continuing education (CE) you have earned, and your CE certificates will shortly be available in your CE Tracker within the AANP CE Center. The AANP Mobile App also features the full conference schedule and your personal schedule of sessions, speaker details, handouts, a list of events and more.

The Venetian Convention and Expo Center is the site of the 2026 AANP National Conference, and registration first opens on Monday, June 22, 4-8 p.m. Conference sessions kick off on Tuesday, June 23, and at 5:45 p.m. that evening, AANP will host a Welcome Reception in the Palazzo Ballroom A-F on Level 5 of The Venetian Convention and Expo Center.

Wednesday, June 24, features the Opening General Session from 8-9 a.m., featuring Victoria Labalme — performance strategist, Wall Street Journal Bestselling Author and in-demand keynote speaker and performer. When asked what she hopes NPs take to heart after hearing her keynote, Labalme says: “I believe inside of each person is hidden genius — a full spectrum of gifts and talents — and the more we tap into that range of our capabilities, the more expanded and fulfilled our lives will be. I’d also add that each NP’s legacy will live on long after they are gone. And each person they interact with in turn touches the lives of someone else.”

Exhibits and Opportunities

NPs who visit Las Vegas for the 2026 AANP National Conference will be able to choose from more than 330 sessions and workshops — and enjoy free access to the on-demand package from July 7 to Aug. 25. Other benefits that await in-person attendees include the opportunity to visit the Exhibit Hall, which first opens on Thursday, June 25, from 1-6 p.m. The Exhibit Hall will host booths from health care and health tech organizations; displays of Industry Scientific Poster Presentations; the AANP Career Fair; and the AANP Partner Pavilion, where you can learn about the many goods and services available to AANP members.

Also within the Exhibit Hall is the Plaza Main Counter, where AANP members may renew their memberships and receive $10 off member dues. Members can also receive a thank-you gift for updating or confirming AANP account information, learn about running for elected office or — on Friday at 11:30 a.m. — find out information about becoming a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

On Friday, June 26, the General Session: Legislative Policy Update will take place from 8-9 a.m., featuring a presentation on state and local legislative, regulatory and practice issues affecting NPs. The 2026 AANP National Conference will close out on Saturday, June 27, with the General Session at 3:45 p.m. The General Session features a keynote from NP entrepreneur Wendy L. Wright, DNP, ANP-BC FNP-BC, FAANP, FAAN, FNAP, where she will deliver an inspiring, deeply resonant message on how NPs must be unified in purpose, energized in care and inspired to lead.
