AUSTIN, TEXAS — The American Association of Nurse Practitioners® (AANP) is pleased to announce that registration is open for the 2023 AANP National Conference. Held live in New Orleans on June 20-25, an on-demand option will also be offered from June 28 to Aug. 3 — providing flexibility for those nurse practitioners (NPs) who prefer to learn remotely and extending the learning opportunity at no additional cost for in-person attendees.

The largest annual event for NPs of all specialties, AANP’s national conference offers up to 34 contact hours (CH) of continuing education (CE) credit in person — and dozens more CH of CE online. Those who attend in New Orleans will enjoy a keynote by retired NASA astronaut, rocket scientist and electrical engineer Joan Higginbotham — the third African American woman to travel into space.

“Each year, thousands of nurse practitioners meet at AANP’s national conference to connect with colleagues, meet new friends and gain clinical insights from expert speakers and industry leaders,” said AANP President April Kapu, DNP, APRN, ACNP-BC, FAANP, FCCM, FAAN. “This event is extremely impactful, with advanced education and valuable networking opportunities for NPs of all specialties that simply cannot be found anywhere else. If there was only one conference I could go to, this would be it! It's the premier conference for NPs.”

For the best selection of sessions, early registration is encouraged. Discounted rates are available for in-person conference registrations completed before May 4, and AANP members receive significant savings off all conference registration rates.
