
The Primary Care Community offers a unique opportunity to interactively collaborate with colleagues who share interest or clinical expertise in primary care. As a community member, you’ll have access to a cutting-edge, online forum where you can engage in discussions, document sharing and knowledge exchange with fellow nurse practitioners (NPs). Kelley Castillon, CRNP, is a board-certified certified registered NP with extensive experience in family medicine, currently in Lancaster, PA. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a patient-centered approach, Castillon is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
Graduating from the University of Texas in Austin with a Master of Science in nursing, Castillon earned board certification through AANP and holds active licensure in Pennsylvania and Hawaii. She brings six years of clinical experience across family medicine with 10 years in emergency medicine prior. She clinically practices with special focuses on women’s health, nutrition, psychiatry and creating equity with diverse patient populations.
Known for strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and a collaborative approach to health care, Castillon works closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote wellness, manage chronic conditions and support preventative care efforts. She understands how primary care is connected to local community health and wellness, and to the broader public health challenges we are facing and has worked on many projects for process improvement.
In her free time, Castillon can be seen kayaking with her family; walking with her dog and weighted vest; and more recently is learning to play the ukulele and work on growing her language skills.
