grantslandingAANP supports NPs and the advancement of the NP profession by offering grant and scholarship opportunities.  Many external sources for funding are also available.


 

AANP Grants

Applications for the 2016 AANP Grant cycle are now open and will close March 16. Grants are available to AANP Members who are practicing in a NP Role. Applicants must be certified Nurse Practitioners or graduate students expected to complete their project in 2017. Applicants may receive up to $2,500 in Grants. Only completed applications will be accepted and reviewed. Please review the Grant Information sheet to learn more about acceptable project types and required documents. All application submissions must be made through the online system.

If I am selected to receive an AANP grant, when will I receive funding?

Once you have returned your required signed Acknowledgement, you can expect funding in 4 – 6 weeks.

How may I check the status of my AANP grant application?

Can I change my application after I have submitted?

If you have started your application, but have not submitted, then you may make changes at any time. AANP Education Advancement Scholarships

Applications for the 2016 AANP Scholarship cycle are now open and will close March 16. Scholarships are available to AANP members currently enrolled in an accredited graduate school in pursuit of an advanced degree or certification AND scheduled to complete an eligible NP program between Fall 2016 and Summer 2017. Applicants must be licensed as a registered nurse. Students may receive up to $2,500 in scholarships. Only completed applications will be accepted and reviewed. Please review the Scholarship Information sheet to learn more about eligibility requirements and supporting documents. All application submissions must be made through the online system.

Can I defer my scholarship start date?

No, you may not defer your scholarship. The scholarship will be applied to the following semester following aware notification.
