How AANP Is Structured and Governed

Your association is led by NPs who volunteer their time and expertise to ensure that NPs and their patients have a voice at the table and contribute to the nation’s most important health care conversations.

AANP Regions

AANP is organized into 11 regions, each comprised of states within that geographic area. Each region is represented by a director, and each state includes one or more liaisons elected by AANP members.

AANP Board of Directors (BOD)

Your AANP BOD is comprised of NPs, who are elected by association members, and the Chief Executive Officer, who participates as a nonvoting member.

AANP Elections and Voting

Elections take place annually every March, and your vote is essential to determining the future direction of AANP.
